At Travel Ideology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Our policy applies to all customers and covers both defective products and general cases such as buyer’s remorse.
1. Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions & Acceptable Product States
- New & Unused: Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition, including all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a priority replacement or full refund.
3. Return Process & Methods
- By Mail/Post: All returns must be sent back to our mailing hub via post. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- To Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer support team at enquiries@travelideology.com or call us at 1300 872 843 to receive your Return Authorization number and mailing instructions.
4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Currency: All fees, prices, and refunds listed are processed strictly in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Buyer’s Remorse: The customer is responsible for paying actual return shipping costs if returning an item due to a change of mind.
- Defective / Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Travel Ideology will cover 100% of the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.
- Restocking Fees: All standard returns and buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a flat restocking fee of 11.95 AUD, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. No restocking fee applies to defective or damaged items.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
- Once your return is received and inspected at our postal hub, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
